Production

We have a complete production process, from design to manufacture and assembly of all the components of the product, equipped with the most modern industrial systems for the treatment of wood and metal in continuous renovation and expansion.
– Wood section consisting of: sectioning machines, pantographs, edge banding machines, etc.
– Painting section: with spray application in a pressurised cabin and controlled drying.
– Control and pre-assembly section.
– Warehouse section.
– Loading section or area.

Environment

In ARKAIS | LLAC we carry out exhaustive management in all our production processes in order to protect the natural habitat.

We have particle aspiration systems with filters to avoid atmospheric pollution, recovering by means of a separating aspiration system, all those particles that are produced in the different processes of sectioning, sanding, painting,…

The use of “water-based varnishes” is becoming increasingly important, which considerably minimises the emission of VOCs into the atmosphere.

The different types of waste generated in the different production processes are stored in clearly marked and conditioned areas for subsequent management by authorised waste managers.
